In keeping up with 2014 food trends we we’re checking out Food Network’s blog and came across an article about “7 Health Food Trends for 2014″  Specifically what caught our eye was an “Allergan Friendly Nation”. We have already seen an increase just in  ”Allergy Free” menus this past year, specifically Gluten Free. We wanted to share a handful of our favorite Gluten Free dishes we did over 2013. We’re looking forward to the opportunity to create some new Gluten Free dishes in 2014!
